Howard Environmental provides mold inspection services. Our services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.
- Appointment and Cancellation
To schedule an inspection, you must provide accurate and complete information. You agree to provide 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Inspection Report
The inspection report is based on the conditions observed at the time of the inspection. Howard Environmental does not guarantee future conditions or the absence of mold growth. The report is intended for the sole use of the client and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Howard Environmental from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the Howard Environmental website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
